Testimonials
“Adam has been very helpful to me. I went to him for help with panic attacks, and he helped me overcome them. What he said made sense from the start. It was hard for me to describe what I was going through w other people, but he knew what I was going through and could relate, which made me feel comfortable. Most of my panic attacks have stopped. I have a lot more to go, but I know what I have to do now! I definitely recommend him!”
“I've been dealing with agoraphobia and panic disorder for 6 years with my past therapist and had some ups and DOWN downs. I never beat it. I felt trapt by it and thought id never see the end of it. I was pretty much at my lowest when my wife found AJB and it changed my life. It took around 3 weeks with Adam before I felt "free" again and able to enjoy life with my kids and wife again. I really wish I found AJB sooner. They saved my life.”
“I have seen several therapists before Adam, and I was very pleased with our first session. He is an anxiety specialist so he was extremely knowledgeable about panic attacks and he proposed many different strategies that we will use in the future in order to overcome them. He did not give generic advice like the other therapists I have seen and he seemed to really care. I am looking forward to working with him to overcome the issues that I have been struggling with for a long time now.”

15 years of panic gone in 1.5 months
Watch how a clear plan, daily practice, and steady accountability turned the corner fast. This is the same skills-first playbook our coaches use worldwide.
Results vary. This story was filmed in our clinical practice; coaching is a separate, skills-based service (not medical or mental health care). Rapid improvement is common with consistent practice, though pace depends on many factors—see the YouTube description for details.

What you’ll get (1:1 or Group)
Your Panic Map – We’ll quickly map triggers, body sensations, scary “what-ifs,” and the safety habits that keep the cycle alive.
A Simple Game Plan – A step-by-step plan to break the panic loop—skills first, then practice.
Weekly Calls + Between-Call Drills – Short, focused sessions; bite-size drills you’ll actually do.
Accountability & Tracking – A simple weekly score so you can see progress.

Research-backed skills, taught simply – Practical strategies you can use the same day.
Coach-led, Adam-designed – Sessions are led by trained coaches; Adam designs the method, trains the team, and oversees quality.
Supportive community – Make progress with people who get it.
Accessible & affordable – Online, with lower cost than 1:1.
Built-in momentum – Consistent meetings, shared accountability, and clear goals.

Our Coaching Method
Research-Backed, Results-Focused
Our panic & agoraphobia coaching uses the same core mechanisms repeatedly shown in peer-reviewed research to quiet the panic cycle: clear psychoeducation, small real-world challenges, and steady practice with accountability. The figures below illustrate these patterns; we link the papers for transparency.
Practical, No-Fluff
You get a simple plan, daily micro-drills, and fast feedback. We combine proven tactics with refinements from years of specialized panic work (plus lived experience). You’ll track progress with a short weekly score so you can see change.
What Results Usually Look Like
Many clients cut panic frequency and intensity by ~50% in about 8 weeks, and many become effectively panic-free within a few months when they follow the plan.* The research curves typically show a brief learning phase early on, followed by a sharp drop in panic after several sessions—mirroring what we see when practice is consistent.
Results vary. “Effectively panic-free” = no full-blown attacks in the past 30 days, minimal avoidance, and improved daily functioning based on client self-ratings. Coaching is a skills-based, non-medical service; therapy is available separately in NY/NJ.
Figure 1 shows rapid elimination of panic attacks with the use of paradoxical intent in combination with exposure.

Figure 2 illustrates a marked decrease in symptoms of agoraphobia, panic disorder, and anxiety in each patient, accompanied by a notable rise in mindfulness levels. This improvement is attributed to the combined application of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and exposure techniques.

The Risk of Doing Nothing.
Depending on what you’re dealing with, this often doesn’t fix itself:
Agoraphobia: Without help, only about 1 in 10 people get fully better.
Panic attacks (without big avoidance): Many improve over a year—about 6–7 out of 10. But if avoidance builds into agoraphobia, the odds of getting fully better without help drop to about 1 in 8.
Depression risk: About 1 in 2 people with panic also face a major depressive episode at some point.
